Alexandra Sowden (ACN 678 857 451) is a personal wellness and self-discovery business based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. We offer digital chart reports, live insight sessions, and gift cards related to Human Design, Astrology, and Numerology.
2. Services & Products
Digital Chart Reports
We offer personalised digital chart reports (Human Design, Astrology, and Numerology) delivered as downloadable PDF documents. These reports are generated based on the birth details you provide (name, date, time, and place of birth). It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of these details. We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate reports resulting from incorrect birth information.
Insight Sessions
Live insight sessions are conducted via video call. Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Session durations are approximate and may vary slightly.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in set denominations ($50, $99, $150 AUD) and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are redeemable against any Alexandra Sowden product or service. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
- Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will be honoured for that transaction.
4. Refund Policy
Digital Chart Reports
Due to the personalised nature of our chart reports, refunds are not available once a report has been generated and delivered. If you have not yet submitted your birth details (and therefore no report has been generated), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Insight Sessions
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the session: 50% refund or reschedule with a $30 rescheduling fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: No refund. You may reschedule once with a $50 rescheduling fee.
- No-shows: No refund or reschedule.
Alexandra reserves the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative time will be offered.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, reports, and any other intellectual property — is owned by Alexandra Sowden unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written consent.
Purchased chart reports are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or published without permission.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

- Sessions are conducted via video call. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet, private environment.
- Sessions may be recorded for quality purposes only with your explicit consent.

Our website may integrate with or link to third-party services including Stripe (payments), Cal.com (booking), and email service providers. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services.
